Les Petits Gaulois Pte Ltd (“Les Petits Gaulois”, “we”, “us”) runs a French–English preschool at 895 East Coast Road, Singapore 459098. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

• Parent and guardian details: name, email, phone, home address, and what you tell us when you enquire or enrol.
• Child details: name, date of birth, nationality, languages spoken, and, where you share them, dietary needs, allergies, and medical or developmental notes that help us care for your child.
• Visit and enrolment records: the forms you submit, our correspondence, and notes from your visit.
• Website data: pages you view and basic device information, collected through cookies and analytics.

How we collect it

We collect data directly from you, through the enquiry and Book a Visit forms on this site, by email or phone, and during visits and enrolment. We also receive basic website data automatically when you browse.

Why we use it

• To answer enquiries and arrange visits.
• To process enrolment and run the school day, including meals, transport, activities, and care.
• To keep your child safe and meet our obligations to Singapore’s Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) and other regulators.
• To stay in touch with families about school matters.
• To send news or events, where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

Photos and media

We sometimes photograph or film school life for learning records and, with your consent, for our website or social channels. We ask for consent at enrolment and you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only where needed: with our staff; with trusted providers who help us run the school, such as our meal caterer, transport provider, and IT and form services; and with regulators such as ECDA where the law requires. We do not sell personal data. Where a provider is outside Singapore, we take steps to ensure your data receives a comparable standard of protection.
